The newest issue of Lifetime, OMEGA’s lifestyle magazine, is dedicated to London and the Olympic Games. The long-standing role as Official Timekeeper at the Olympic Games makes this high-profile sporting event one of our most important marketing properties and this edition of Lifetime is a particularly attractive way to underscore our partnership with the International Olympic Committee.

It also serves as a reminder that when the Olympic Games were last held in London, in 1948, OMEGA was also on hand as Official Timekeeper.

A quick look at the cover of the new Lifetime confirms that this is a very special publication indeed. Its textured white surface has the words "THE LONDON 2012 EDITION" placed squarely in the middle. In the dark, the cover, which has been printed with luminescent ink, comes to life, revealing images of famous London landmarks and points of interest along with people engaged in some of the activities that have made the British capital one of the world’s favourite cities.

Inside the magazine, there are articles about London and the Olympic Games along with lavishly photographed pictorials of OMEGA’s Olympic- and James Bond-themed wristwatches.

Can I ask what provenance you are offering that the sticker has been flown? Thank you.

A few years ago this magazine had an article about Apollo 11 with Buzz on the cover and I sought out a copy of that.

I think you'll find a bigger market here for your flown stickers (I'm interested!) than an Olympic collectible unless it has some attachment to the space program.

I could be wrong...

Email me for questions about the provenance. Thanks! Several members collect the magazine because of our interest in Omega watches.
