The second round of my "garage sale" to help defray some of the cost of my daughter's first year of college. Another very nice "odds and sodds" assemblage of some great pieces. Highlights include an Apollo 17 training used mechanical pencil from Ron Evans; an extremely rare and limited signed first edition of John Glenn's memoir (no. 3 of only 25 produced in the run); and a stunning, hand painted (in water colors) Robert McCall cover. A couple lots did not sell -- the A17 training pencil from Evans, and the STS4 crew signed image. I have relisted those at a lower price -- the A17 training pencil at my rock bottom price I am willing to part with it (so bid now, or it goes back in the vault when done), and the crew signed litho I want to go to a good home, so listed it at an opening bid of just 99 cents. Any bidder gets to take it home. More will come later this evening. RIch |
