Keighley Astronomical Society meeting, Sept. 26th, 2019:

"Food Production for Astronauts" by Mr. Russel Parry

Meetings take place at Steeton Methodist Church Hall, Skipton Road, Steeton, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD20 6PD. The meeting begins at 7:30 PM (door open from 7pm).

Excellent lecture about HACCP,developed in the 1960s by the Pillsbury Company in response to NASA’s request for a preventative food safety system for astronauts. It has become the standard for food safety management systems around the world.
