International Opera Institute release
Apollo 14 Space Event

Join us for the Apollo 14 Space Event presented by the non-profit organizations International Opera Institute and Desert Arc. The special one night engagement will include presentations from Historians, Astronauts and Opera Singers assembled to bring you an unforgettable Space Experience. This proceeds of this event will aid in supporting the various community services provided by both organizations.

This Space Event will include:

  • Dr. James Hansen, NASA Historian and Author of "First Man" the only authorized Biography of Neil Armstrong.
  • Edgar D. Mitchell Sc.D. - Astronaut Lunar Module Pilot, Apollo 14
  • Excerpts from Apollo 14 Space Opera - Rose Kingsley and The International Opera Institute
  • Appearance by Rick Armstrong (Son of Neil Armstrong)
There are two ticket options:
  • $75.00 General Admission Ticket (Seating begins at 7:00 PM)
  • $125.00 VIP Patron Level Seating, which includes a Champagne Reception and a Photo Session (Entry begins at 5:30 PM)
