In 1972, Apollo 17 landed in the valley of Taurus-Littrow on the Moon. The Honorable Harrison Schmitt was the last man and only scientist to step on that celestial body. He will speak during the 40th anniversary celebration of the Apollo 17 Mission to the Moon.
Schmitt, along with Dr. Jim Rice, will issue a call to Return to the Moon and then on to Mars.
