fly2help Charity Gala Dinner - A Celebration of the Space Shuttle Programme

24 March 2011 at the Royal Aeronautical Society, 4 Hamilton Place, London, W1J 7BQ.

fly2help is delighted to invite you to a spectacular fundraising evening in London.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate the end of an era in Space Exploration. The fly2help Charity Gala Dinner will celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of the Space Shuttle Programme. Our guest speaker Colonel Rick Searfoss, Astronaut and Space Shuttle Commander, will give us an insight into a world that barely 500 humans have ever encountered. Rick has flown on 3 shuttle missions and amassed 939 hours in space so there can be few people in this world better qualified to tell us about the Space Shuttle Programme than he.

In the prestigious surroundings of the Royal Aeronautical Society's London home, this exclusive champagne reception and dinner will take place at 1900 for 1945 on 24 March 2011. Dress will be black tie or equivalent for Ladies.

The dinner is solely in aid of fly2help and is our principal fundraising event of the year. To that end an auction of space related fine art and memorabilia will follow the 3 course dinner and speech delivered by our guest astronaut.

Please click here for a booking form with details of how to reserve seats/tables and of how to pay. This event will sell out very quickly so, as seats are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please join us for an 'out of this world' evening of fine dining and inspirational speaking and remember that by doing so you will also be helping us to share more blue skies, adventures and smiles for those that need them the most.

All times are CT (US)
