Franklin Chang-Diaz was at NYU-Poly's campus in Brooklyn, NY, talking about his VASIMR advanced propulsion technology. The promise is that a trip to Mars will take 39 days as opposed to six to nine months.

Charles Camarda, a NASA Distinguished Professor in Residence at NYU-Poly, introduced Chang-Diaz as well as attended his presentation.
