Just got back from a great presentation held at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, New York this evening.
STS-124 astronaut Ron Garan, originally from New York, gave a very interesting presentation that included slides of the mission as well as his NEEMO 9 experience, along with a video that contained cabin conversation recorded during the STS-124 launch on May 31.
He also answered a few questions following the video.

I was there too and enjoyed the presentation! Nice to see Eli Manning's jersey made it to space. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't around to sign items. I wonder if it was his choice or the museum's---giving the standard "plane catching statement."

Having sat in the fron row, I was able to show Col. Garan a photograph I brought along of the STS 124 launch. He kindly signed it and shook my hand before leaving....really a great guy!
