Just wondering if any other cSers will be attending the National Space Symposium here in Colorado, April 4-10, at the Broadmore. If so I'd like to meet up and chat for a moment. I'll be there for the opening ceremonies on Mon. evening. Working at the Attendee Registration North on Tue 11:00-3:00 and doing Security on Wed. 11:30-2:30 in the Broadmore West. Contact me via e-mail as well as post here if you're going to be attending.

Steve

Well, apparently I was the only one from collect space who attended this event. Here's a rundown. They announced on Mon. evening at the opening ceremonies that there were 20 astronauts in attendance. Certainly the most I've ever seen in one room at the same time. They pointed out Buzz and Guy Bluford. Saw Buzz about 6 different times throughout the week but I know he doesn't care to be bugged for the most part so I gave him his space.

Attended a forum of 3 former NASA Administrators including James Beggs, Robert Frosch & Richard Truly that was moderated by James Oberg.

I talked with 23 different aerospace companies that showed interest in providing items for our new space museum. Of course I don't have anything in hand but it was a positive start.

It's always a great week so maybe I'll catch some of you there next year.
