Alan will be on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report Thursday, June 10.

It's not the WWE, but it's a start...

Thanks for the heads up, Kim! I'm pretty significantly biased, but I thought he was awesome and cute.

I really enjoyed the interview, too. It was clear that Colbert admired Alan and both seemed to be genuinely amused by the other's jokes (which in the case of Colbert was not at Alan's expense).

"Most awesome painting in the history of anything" indeed...

Very nicely done, a perfect light-hearted introduction of Alan's art for the general public.

Excellent job by one of only a couple nice moonwalkers left. No matter how old hat or repetitive the answers and questions are, there are always new generations who don't have a clue, and need to know.

Thusly, important for interviews as this.

Colbert was funny, entertaining, respectful. Better than Buzz's Dances with the Stars' moonwalking.

My daughter's favorite astronaut and such a nice man!

We've met him three times in the last year and a half and he remembered her and he was so gracious.

I thought Colbert seemed a little in awe of Alan Bean, which if was the case I totally understand.
