Don't miss this outer space experience! View images from the NASA art collection while enjoying some light refreshments. There will be access to the telescope at dusk and discounted tickets for the shows.

The shows include; "Mars Quest" at 7:00 p.m., "The Mysteries of Egypt" at 8:00 p.m., and "Jimi Hendrix Laser Show" at 9:00 p.m. There is no admission charge to join in the gallery for the reception.

The Brevard Cultural Alliance, Inc., and Brevard County's Art in Public Places Art Program in partnership with NASA Kennedy Space Center are proud to present a collection of space themed images that begin their tour at the BCC Planetarium. The collection celebrates important milestones in NASA' history and the current space program.

Luis Berrios, NASA's Program Design Specialist, expressed his motivation for this partnered effort which will increase access to the NASA art work, "Each opportunity to engage with our space program art, allows all of us to see and feel the real potential for our future in space, as we embark on the exciting vision for space exploration."

Date & Time: The reception will be held Friday April 7, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The telescope will be available at dusk. The shows run from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Two-for-one ticket prices are in effect for the planetarium shows.

Location: Gallery of the BCC Planetarium, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, FL.
