I went and saw Guy Bluford speak at WPI today. He was very nice, easy going and gave a great little lecture. He signed my book for me and marvled at all the autographs and made nice references to some of fellow crewmates. Highly reccomended!

I agree with you Bryan about Dr Bluford, One of the most pleasent Astronauts around. I had the privilege of meeting him a couple of years ago at the Uni in Derby ( science week )Like you I had a great time listening to him talk about life in space and of his fellow crew mates also some of the older astronauts from the Apollo programme. He also tryed to explain to a 15 year old boy that he didn't walk on the moon.
If any C/s's get the chance to meet Guy Bluford, Go you won't be disappointed. all the best Ian
