Apologies if this has already been posted: Composer Michael Kamen, who scored the miniseries "From the Earth to the Moon" passed away Tuesday (November 18, 2003) in London, from complications of multiple sclerosis. He was 55.

Condolences to his friends and family.

I was saddened to read this earlier on one of the newsgroups. His music for "From the Earth to the Moon" is incredible.

R.I.P Michael Kamen.

Sad news indeed! If there is one song that plays through my mind everyday, it's the the theme music to “From The Earth To The Moon”. No matter how many times I've seen an episode, I never, NEVER shut off the TV until the closing credits are over.

All times are CT (US)
