The Soyuz mission to ISS later this month carrying ESA Spanish astronaut Pedro Duque has been named "Cervantes" while the planned Soyuz April 2004 mission carrying ESA Dutch astronaut Andre Kuipers has been called DELTA.

ESA has also reported that the Council released 124.1 MEuro for the Exploitation Programme Period 1 - which had earlier been blocked with the remaining 171.9 MEuro to be released before end 2003

Progress has been made with the Columbus labortaory with qulalification ntesting of the flight model.

Node 2 has arrived at KSc and NASA has now taken ownership of it.

The Cupola integration is progressing but their is a problem with window titanium springs

The ATV (Automated Transfer Vehicle) flight model manufacturing is underway with the first Russian Docking System having been delivered.

There have been a number of other positive developments - to many to list here.

But,its all positive work this side of the pond toward utilisng the ISS.

So , more flights , more missions, more decals , more collectibles :-))
