Recently, I got a series of these Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) cachets. It looks the full batch is 14 — some are more rare, others more common. Most of the covers have Bob Boudwin printed address on the back.

Does anybody have any info on the cachets? Who was the designer? How much were produced?

These look like a Bob Whitney cachet. Bob was a space cover servicer in the mid 70's.

Yes, these covers were produced by Bob Whitney. He was a cover servicer for Eastern Test Range launches starting in the 1960's and continuing up through the very early 1990's. At some point, the artist that produced cachets for Bob was Don Mackey, however I do not know for how long or which cachets might have been produced by him.

I have written an article for the upcoming Space Unit magazine The Astrophile all about Bob Whitney and his tremendous accomplishments in producing space covers.
