I found this Apollo 7 cover in a bargain bin. Postmarked Mexico 21st Dec 1968.

Cache: Estacion para Observaciones en el Espacio ("Station for Space Observations")

Any information appreciated.

Guaymas was one of the original Project Mercury tracking stations built in 1961 and continued to be used for NASA space missions through Apollo 13 as it closed its NASA usage in November 1970.
