I have an Expedition 35 cachet cover design I would like to get cancelled at Baikonur. Does anyone have any tips/tricks to getting covers cancelled there?

I've tried contacting the Russian Federation post (Marka) with no luck (their English is probably as bad as my Russian) and even a business associate who lives in Moscow also with no definitive recommendations (though he did suggest a rather kludgy workaround which may or may not be successful).

Yes, go there on your next holidays. I can help you. I have been there many times. I even stamped myself at the post office (picture tomorrow).

What would the postage be for me to ship myself to Kazakhstan?

The cost of shipping yourself to Baikonur would depend on your weight and size. However, I don't know of any freight company that would ship humans as freight.

Usually you would check in as a passenger, with a stop over at Moscow, and then going with a local company to Baikonur.

All times are CT (US)
