I have an Edwards, CA, Aug. 4, 1977 postmarked cover with a hand-painted Numeroff cachet captioned "Drop-Shuttle Rocket Booster El Centro" signed by the artist on the back. Would anyone have an idea as to its value? I haven't been able to find much about William J. Numeroff on google.
