I received this sheet from a Chinese trading partner. Can anyone tell me what the sheet commemorates and the significance of the dates on the front and back of the sheet. The dates are as follows- on the front 9-9-2005, 10-12-2005 and 10-17-2005 and on the back 10-19-2005. Any help is appreciated.------------------ John Macco Vice President Space Unit Shady Side, Md. |

This sheet commemorates Shenzhou-6 space flight. On 9-9-2005 payload was put into capsule. The postmark with this date is used for space mail from Jiuquan Satellites Launch Center. On 10-12-2005 was launch, on 10-17-2005 landing.A number of such commemorative cards were flown on board Shenzhou-6. They have a notary's dry seal and are accompanied by a certificate. |
