Sorry to show my complete ignorance of the world of space stamps... Can anyone tell me anything about the presentation shown below?

It seems to be metal two-tone real-sized versions of various space stamps on a presentation sheet with an "IMS" logo. I've no idea who IMS are or when/why this was made.
