Blue Origin New Shepard NS-16 crew member Oliver Daemen provided a first look at his flight's mission patch on Instagam:

And here is a better view of the artwork, albeit in black and white and with a few different details (e.g. the embroidered version has the crew's names), as depicted on the front of a journal offered through the Blue Origin shop.

What a strange patch for a first manned flight; it only shows the landing of the booster, the capsule is not even depicted...
