The International Institute for Astronautical Science has several Project PoSSUM (Polar Suborbital Science in the Upper Mesosphere) and affiliated program mission patches available on their online store.

Project PoSSUM (Polar Suborbital Science in the Upper Mesosphere) is an international citizen-science astronaut program supported by NASA. Future astronauts like Alyssa Carson and others have completed this program as part of their science astronaut training that applies towards their undergraduate and graduate degree.

Project OTTER (Orbital Technologies and Tools for Extravehicular Research) is part of an international citizen-science astronaut program supported by NASA. Actual satellites are designed and tools used during EVA are developed.

Also available is the POSSUM 13 patch, created to honor the legacy of the Mercury 13. The PoSSUM 13 is a talented group of thirteen female PoSSUM scientist-astronaut candidates who serve as global ambassadors and mentors in increasing opportunity and representation for students.

Does anyone know if these are embroidered or sub-dye printed?

This photo of the Project POSSUM patch shows that at least that emblem is embroidered (source):
