A47, which is licensed to sell official Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) merchandise, has a Chandraayan-3 mission patch available:

The patch is priced at Rs. 499 (Indian rupees), which is about $6 USD. A47 offers international shipping but it is not inexpensive. Shipping the patch to the U.S., for example, is Rs. 5,000 or about $60 USD.

I did a little more searching on their site and found a page with more badges (patches) from prior launches and programs.

I went ahead and placed an order for eight different patches. Will let everyone know how the delivery process goes. Even though they say that shipping is free with orders of 999 rupees, it must only apply to domestic (Indian) orders. The shipping was a flat fee for the entire order, approximated at what Robert indicated in his previous post.
