Actress Mayim Bialik posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday (June 20) showing off her patch collection. In addition to patches related to the places she has traveled (including a number from Skywalker Ranch), she has several space patches. When I was on "Big Bang Theory," I got to work with some incredible astronauts. They would give us patches, so I have patches from different missions. And they're beautiful. They're so pretty. Among the patches she shows are the Hubble Space Telescope 25th Anniversary, STS-129, STS-135, STS-125 and Raven autonomous rendezvous capability. She also has a patch for the fictional Expedition 31 crew, which included Howard Wolowitz, Mike Massimino and Dmitri Rezinov. This one is [from] Mike Massimino. That was the actor who was on the... err, the astronaut who was on "The Big Bang Theory," who also was an actor.  |
