The Scout Association of Japan worked with JAXA astronaut Soichi Noguchi to create a patch celebrating his flight on SpaceX's Crew-1 mission.
The patch was for sale through Scout Shop Japan, but has sold out.
This is Astronaut Noguchi's emblem (distributed for a fee). The design also includes the Crew Dragon and ISS to be boarded. The eight stars mean the Scout's "Law". In addition, it was created with the advice of Astronaut Noguchi.

The good news: the patch is back in stock at the Scout Shop Japan.
The not-so-good-news: an email from the shop confirms the patch is not available to be shipped outside of Japan.
Update: An arrangement is in the works to make the patch available to collectors outside of Japan. Details on how to order will be shared once they are confirmed.

SpaceX Patch List Collectors (SPLC) has announced it will soon have and begin selling the Noguchi Scout patch. The group coordinated with a contact in Japan to buy a quantity of the patches from the Scout Store and then ship them to the United States. They are expected to arrive later this week.
The patch will be available to SPLC members for $10 (plus shipping).
