Jacques van Oene shared this on another forum:
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first joint flight between Russia and France, the French embassador in Paris asked us (spacepatches.nl) to design a logo that could be used for the official celebrations on June 26 at Le Bourget.

The logo shows the 'Starman' fom the original patch that was used by the crew of Jean-Loup Chrétien's mission in 1982, accompanied by colors of the Russian and French flags.

A bigger star is depicted for every single joint French-Russian manned mission of the past 30 years ('ans' in French, 'let' in Russian). Two stars are yellow, to indicate that these missions were flown together with the Soviet Union.

Another superb design Jacques... In the 1980s I was glad to receive the black & white crew photos of the Soyuz missions from Star City postal service... It all started with T-6. Aaah the old days

All times are CT (US)
