I've just uploaded a major update to the Crew Patches website.

In the past I've always drawn a line at the end of the Apollo era with an exception made for STS-1 as the first Shuttle mission and one with a known crew patch. More recently I added STS-3 and STS-4 as they also had identifiable crew patches.

I also had an old list of Shuttle patches up to STS-51L which was from the old LBSpacePatches mini site which I'd incorporated into Crew Patches.

Anyway, I decided it was finally time to use that list and the images in it to produce pages for the Shuttle missions up to 51L and this is what I've now done.

If you go to the embroidered patches menu you should now see a whole section for Shuttle missions (you may need to hit reload).

The entries for each mission are fairly brief since in the vast majority of cases there are no crew patches to identify but I have at least tried to list the main vintage versions of each patch.

There are still some things I need to add but the basic stuff is there.

Thanks for all your work on those! The details and close up photos are much appreciated.

+1.
Your website is a great resource. And it saved me from putting a crew patch in the European Space Memorabilia Grab Bag.
