Roscosmos Head Anatoly Perminov noted that Roscosmos will continue the contest. Kids all over the world are invited to take part in it. The winners will get an outstnding prize - a tour to Baikonur.

Students from 8 to 14 can submit their drawings for the four Soyuzes to fly next year to press@roscosmos.ru and pressfka@roscosmos.ru.

The names of the winners will be announced in December.

I sure wish this program was in effect during the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. I might have had a chance.

It's a wonderful idea.

I know of a few young people who would be interested. I couldn't find a cut off date for the competition. Any idea how long they have to enter?

It is a continuous competition - all submitted art will be considered for the next missions again.

At least the TMA-18 and TMA-19 artwork will be chosen in early December; TMA M01-M and TMA-20 maybe at a later date.

So, if you want to be in time for TMA-18 or 19, play if safe and send it before November 15 or so.

If you don't make that, you will probably be in time for M01-M or TMA-20, or any other future Soyuz missions.

Some new entries (competing together with all previous drawings for Soyuz TMA-18) have been added by Roscosmos to their website. We will keep you informed in this thread!
