I have a question regarding shuttle flight crew patches with International Space Station crew members.

Prior to Columbia STS-107, all shuttle patches that brought crew members to or from the ISS contained all crew member names. Post Columbia, flight crew patches that transferred crews to and from ISS only contained the names of those brought to the station.

Anyone know why?
