I am looking in to insuring my collection for £10.000? That's a replacement cost at today prices but this may be to high. So can you lot give me some insight to the cost of replacing this lot: - the 3 Apollo 17 initial patches;
- the 3 Apollo/Soyuz U.S. crew initial patches from AB plus the two USSR crew patches from Randy Hunt;
- the 2 STS-3 initial patches;
- a full set of Lion Bros Apollo-era patches (with the purple Apollo 7, the orange Apollo 11, with and without Apollo 12 and the Skylab 2 wives patch plus 4 of the 5 Apollo 11 support patches);
- a set of Apollo 14 back-up crews patches (all 3 of them);
- 21 of the Lion Bros shuttle patches (STS-1-14 plus 51e/g/f/i/j and 61b);
- I have 7 frames with the patches of all the US manned mission patches in them from AB;
- one signed Skylab 2 wives patch (not the one with the Lion Bros Apollo-era patches set);
- 2 TMA-9 Ansari personal patches one signed/ one not;
- a set of Randy Hunt Mercury/Gemini/Apollo and Skylab montage patches;
- a full set of NASA manned mission recovery ships patches (40 patches in all);
- two signed painting by Attila Hejja (Cape Winds and Lightship).
So do i put them in as just the contents part or as a specified item? Thanks for all your help with this.butch wilks | |
