It seems Buzz Aldrin has been sporting a personal patch since last year. Anyone know some details?

Not sure about the history of the patch but you can see Buzz wearing it in a new advertising campaign screened in the UK this week. http://creativity-online.com/work/quaker-oats-buzz-aldrin/49736
