Over the past few years I've put together a collection of about 150+ pins on the Vostok and Voskhod era plus relevant medals (Hero SU, Pilot-cosmonaut SU, Zhukovskiy graduation) and have started the task of framing them all. I'm thinking of placing an embroidered star next to the pins that were issued at the time of flight (or say within a year). Obviously most were issued much later. Some I'm fairly sure were original age. The question is: Is there a collectors guide that lists all of these as original age or when they were made? I'm aware of a guide roughly translated "Space through Pins" but it is near impossible to find. Any ideas or comments are appreciated.I've made a list of a few I know to be original age: - Vostok 1: Yuri Gagarin in aviators helmet with rocket
- Vostok 2: White rocket circling light blue earth globe (plus several other brass pins brass with red white and blue enamel)
- Vostok 3-4 (multicolor) Hammer and sickle insignia with earth (sea green) and two rockets -silver metallic)
- Vostok 5-6 (two varieties) Light blue globe, Dark blue globe with pair of circling rockets red and light blue respectively.
- Generic Light Blue CCCP (several varieties)
