I just obtained the patch for the Euro Space Center in Belgium. Does anyone know the significance of the three stars and the four colored squares on the logo?

The patch can be can be purchased at their Space Shop. Thank you.

Red, yellow, green and blue are also the four colors for control buttons for interactive digital television. Reference to the digital age?

Euro Space has not responded to my requests, but I think the colored squares may represent the colours of the member state flage.
