I was given this Rockwell International OV-105 (Endeavour) "Dedicated to Safe Space Flight" patch and its associated card by a co-worker whose father worked at Rockwell in years gone by. It is a very nice patch and card, which came in an envelope as well.
A major milestone, the mating of aft and fuselage structures, has been completed. The enclosed emblem is presented to each employee to commemorate the achievement of this milestone and overall outstanding progress on Endeavour.
Just wondering if anyone has any background information on the patch and/or giveaway?

I have a patch like yours (without the card and envelope), but I also have another version where "Rockwell International" is replaced by "Endeavour" on the bottom of the insignia.

Based on the decal, which is inscribed on its reverse for the April 25, 1991 rollout of Endeavour in Palmdale, and the cover postmarked for the orbiter's May 7, 1991 delivery to Kennedy Space Center, it would seem the "Endeavour" version followed the "Rockwell International" version.

That was a patch/decal Rockwell put out during the construction of Endeavour before the it was named. Once the name was announced they put the name on the bottom banner.

They made pins of this as well. I have one that came with the same envelope and patch (and sticker) as shown in previous posts here. I don't recall who gave it to me, but I know someone in NASA at the time gave it to me a few years ago.
