Here is a diorama with a cosmonaut working on NASA hardware in space. The hardware was created by myself (a lot of styrene), the cosmonaut is a brass figure by a company that I have given a paint layer and details...  |

Here the end result of a scratch-built cutaway 1:4 Sputnik. On Monday it will be a week before the 53rd anniversary when the space race began. The model is out styreen, copper, silver and much more materials. The table is also in old USSR look of copper.Building time: a month.  |

Thanks, the last big part is ready, the solar panels.  ...only now the EVA astronaut, and some details and than comes the last final photo of it... |

Oh, they are cut out of styrene, than painting and than holographic material on it, the main color is dark blue... The other big panel has the same color... |

The NASA Skylab project is ready. The renovation took me six months. The cost on new materials included chemical cleaning for all the iron parts: euro 352,20. On the outside a little EVA astronaut makes a spacewalk. New solar panels, etc.

Thanks people. Under the Skylab project, I was also building an X-33 1/144 from Stratosphere Models. A nice kit, the payload bay I have made extra in it with a little satellite how come out. This gives this model that little extra than only a closed body.

As promised, not only a Sputnik out of early days, but also an American satellite. Take a old kit 1/20 from Hawk, the Explorer 18 satellite and a few styrene plates and blew it up to a scale 1/4... Theme of the base is the radiation with magnetic fields what the satellite pick up...   |

Thanks Steve. The last model diorama is ready people, some will think again one, yes a little model builder has sometime four our five models at the same under his fingers... This one is a micro diorama with the theme with the name: Jippie! Houston, we have done it faster than Pete and Alan.   |

Thanks fellows. In the meantime, I was also busy with a renovation of a small desktop model, it has some damage, but after a renovation time, it's almost new. It's from massive award, with a description plate of a person what has do something with this split version of a Hubble Space Telescope. Height of model: 4 inches, weight: almost 2 pounds, rare object I think?
