Hobby Master has announced two new F/A-18 die-cast models in their 1:72 scale Air Power Series, both with NASA livery:
  • McDonnell Douglas F/A-18A - Dryden Flight Research Center, N850NA

  • McDonnell Douglas F/A-18B - Dryden Flight Research Center, N852NA
I may be wrong but it seems that these are the first NASA Hornets die-cast models I've seen.

The Franklin Mint issued a two-seat Hornet in NASA livery a few years back in 1:48 scale.
