I have been trying to identify this prototype space shuttle model and I have had no luck. I originally thought it may have been a early Rockwell design, but I have not been able to confirm this. |

Ask Scott Lowther, he'll know if anyone. |

One of Dennis Jenkins' books on the shuttle may be able to help. I do recognize the manuevering pods on the wings and tails, the RMS stored in a hump on the spine, and the OMS pods faired into the payload bay doors. But what specific model, and who built it, I don't know. |

That looks like one of the Phase B design studies, probably most closely resembling MSC-040C. |

It is an early shuttle concept model. I have one myself, but it is in worse shape. The area behind the the cabin was an airlock/docking area. And this version had two remote arms also. |

The artist renderings at the bottom of this page most closely match your photos and the drawings of Phase B MSC-040C shown in Dennis Jenkins' book. |
