Medicom Toy's "Back to the Moon" Snoopy doll

Medicom Toy's next upcoming release in their line of limited edition Peanuts' vinyl collectible dolls is "Back to the Moon" Snoopy.

Standing 8.8" (225 mm) tall, to the Moon" Snoopy is a replica of Determined Productions' Pocket Doll that famously was displayed in Mission Control during the Apollo 10 mission.

Shipping in November 2012, Medicom Toy has set the retail price for "Back to the Moon" Snoopy (Astronauts Ver.) at 9,240 yen ($115).

(Medicom Toy previously offered the Astronaut Snoopy doll in 2008.)

That's simply adorable! The scarf seems to be lighter in color than the original, though.

Out of curiosity, has anyone done/is planning on a re-release of the Charlie Brown doll that accompanied this one in Houston (and to the Moon)?

Looks better than my old one. Poor thing is missing his blue boots and has a cracked helmet.

Yes, I remember that the scarf was a much richer red. Over the years, it did fade to the color that's shown.

All times are CT (US)
