Does anyone know where I can get a replacement LEM for my Space Voyagers Ultimate Saturn V Rocket? Unfortunately, when I used it as part of the display for our high school Space Day Celebration, one of the kids hadn't realized that the CSM and LEM would actually separate from the main body, and they dropped my LEM. They didn't realize it right away, someone stepped on it, and well...you can imagine the result!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated (as always!).

Why yes I do! My kids broke theirs not long after we got it (the four little petal parts at the top that open so you can put the LM in are quite fragile).

Action Products International is the company that makes the Space Voyagers toys, and here is their contact page.

If you click the Consumer Service link you will be able to email them with your problem. They were extremely responsive and helpful when I contacted them, and the rocket was back in business within a few days. Good luck!

Neke - Thanks so much! The kids felt so bad about it, and now I can tell them a solution is at hand. I appreciate the help!

Help: I have the Ultimate Saturn V Rocket by Space Voyagers but lost two of the panels that house the LEM. I have been looking for a new one (I am willing to buy a whole new rocket) but they are out of stock everywhere. I cannot even find a website for Space Voyagers or Action Products International. Does anyone know how to find either replacement parts or a whole new 3' tall rocket? It is the main product in my 'space collection display' in my house.

Unfortunately, facing mounting financial problems, Action Products International announced it was liquidating its toy division in December 2009.

Try BSW Toy. It looks like they have the same product line and personnel as Action Toy did, and they may be able to send you some replacement panels. It also looks as though you can still buy the whole rocket from their site.

If they can't send you the parts, I also might be able to find the spares they sent me of the same part and share a couple with you. They sent me quite a few more than I needed!
