Author Topic:   Daron model question Larry Member Posts: 34 From: Cincinnati Ohio USA Registered: Dec 2002 posted 10-14-2003 06:27 PM                Are there any identifying marks on Daron models to identify them as being made by Daron. I found a 1/200 scale 747Shuttle carrier (its Silver -looks more gray to me- 747 carrying the Shuttle Columbia) it is wood with the stand. It is different than the one shown on "The Spacestore" web site. It seems to be an older model judging by the color (the white is yellowing on the vertical tail fins & some cracking where the tail fins meet. Also has 2 little area were the paint has bubbled on the bottom of the 747. I found it at a little mom & pop knic knac store & they have it at a good price (I think) if its legite. Did Daron make one like this, what would be a good price. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Larry
