Can anyone tell me about the STS-107 bookmark with cargo bay liner? When were the photos of the crew that are on the bookmark taken? Thanks!

The photos were taken during the STS-107 mission:

Thank you for the info. Very detailed on the dates. I find it a bit curious that this bookmark has no mention about the accident.

If I recall correctly, the bookmark was created for and distributed to employees in 2003. At the time, there would have been no need to explicitly remind them of the loss, it was fresh in everyone's mind.
It was intended as a tribute to the crew and a reminder to space program workers to stay diligent in their job. I think the photos of the STS-107 crew said more than any inscription could (at least at the time).

I know they were given to people who were working the recovery. So they were done right after the accident. Two captains and one firefighter from my station got sent to TX as single resources the first month after it happened.
