ILC Dover have at least one EMU manned whenever they are used on orbit; to trouble shoot issues should they arise. I do not know the number but can make enquiries. |

Thanks very much for this information. EMU #30XX = PLSS #10XXEMUs #3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3008, 3009, 3010, 3011, 3013, 3015, 3017, 3018 are exist. Total 12 EMUs, four of them are onboard ISS. These are #3005, 3010, 3011 and 3015. Others are on the ground. EMUs #3007 and 3012 do not exist anymore, because PLSS #1007 and 1012 were destroyed onboard Challenger (STS-51L). EMUs #3014 and 3016 do not exist anymore, because PLSS #1014 and 1016 were destroyed onboard Columbia (STS-107). |

Which leads to the question: Where are the EMUs from the first successful shuttle spacewalk, as well as from STS-5? |

NASA has not released any complete flown suits to any museum. Most of the parts are still in use, either in flight or for training and outreach. |
