Does anyone know what the thickness of the Apollo A7L "bubble" helmet is?

I'm assuming it was vacuum formed since it is poly-carbonate, so would the thickness be somewhat varied throughout the helmet?

Yes, you're right — the polycarbonate varies by about 1mm — thicker on the sides than on the front and back where it is more formed. Mininimum thickness 4.47mm, average maximum at the sides 5.5mm.
