I am interested if there have been any further developments, over the last year, with regards to the Spaceflori Apollo 11 dust presentations.

Has there been any definitive resolution to the legality of these items being in circulation?

Are those who own an example forever to be in the position of keeping quiet with regards to it's existence in their collection? A terrible shame this would be, despite the alleged dubious way the dust was originally obtained. I must add, of course, that none of this is the responsibility of Florian, who purchased the original tape in good faith.
