Any advice appreciated on whether the pictured items are from Gemini or Apollo. They all have the code NAS-9-3420 on them.

Apollo astronauts had a choice of hot water or cold water. Gemini astronauts only had cold water available. If a food package says anything about the temperature of the water to add (add 5 oz. hot water, for example), then it is Apollo food. Otherwise it is Gemini food. If you don't need to add water, then I don't know how to tell. But I never noticed the NAS contract number on Apollo food, so that may be another clue for Gemini food.

Your packages don't say anything about water temperature (and they have the contract number), so I would say Gemini.

All times are CT (US)
