Author Topic:   Identifying number-labeled Kapton foil Gary Member Posts: 11 From: Florida Registered: Apr 2002 posted 08-17-2011 12:33 PM                Within my collection I have a gold colored kapton foil over a foot long with a seam. I do not know which launch that this may have been a part of. However, on the foil there is a number stamped on it along with the date 1964 stamped as well. Is there any way these numbers could provide any useful information about this strip of foil that I have. I have always been curious about it.
