Are there lists of every part with part name, serial number, location, etc.? Were these required after the Apollo 1 fire?

Read somewhere that some command module parts were flown on more than one mission.

There is no single document with the part and serial numbers for each component of the Apollo spacecraft.

The pre-flight stowage lists have the part numbers listed, but no serial numbers. The Apollo Spacecraft Hardware Utilization Request (ASHUR) documents listed both part and serial numbers, but the documents are not online, nor is there a single source to find them.

But yes, parts were used. For example: The case of the missing Apollo 15 panels.

All times are CT (US)
