Hi all-

I'm trying to identify, and would ultimately like to procure, one of these batteries.

I'm told that it comes from a current issue Russian handheld astrolabe, a spherical instrument used by cosmonauts to orient themselves using the starfield as reference. Sorry I can't be more precise-- I haven't seen this unit personally.

We have tried to take the case apart to see if cells inside can be replaced, but have only succeeded in breaking a screw head in the phenolic(?) case. Ultimately, I'd like to get a source for this battery so that I may purchase a new one...my employer wishes to see if he can fire this puppy up!!

Thanks in advance!
