Here are the pics I am posting for Rover 1965:




Hey Rover, This piece of hardware is, in my opinion, not flight hardware. Unlike this piece, most flight hardware was hermetically sealed. I believe it is a communications junction box, which may be what the ‘JB’ on the label is an acronym for. The 120v style plug-in suggests it is probably ground support equipment for something – maybe a tracking station? IBM played a major role in the processors that streamed data to the control consoles at Mission Control. You can imagine the piles of electronics that were used back then.
