Space Center Houston Shuttle Transport medals
To commemorate Boeing's sponsorship of the relocation of NASA's original Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, Space Center Houston presented the aerospace company's executives with these medals at ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, at Ellington Field in Houston.
The 2.5" diameter medals are planned as the first in a series marking the milestones leading up to the modified Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft debuting on exhibit at Space Center Houston in 2015.

Not directly, no. Some of the medals were distributed at the event, so it is possible examples may eventually appear on the secondary market (i.e. eBay) but they are not being sold to the public.
